JOB SUMMARY:

A Sectional Title Administrator is responsible for the full administration function of a Community Scheme. The role involves a range of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operation and compliance of a Community Scheme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loading new owners onto the system.
• Facilitate and issuing Levy Clearance Certificates.
• Custodian of all record keeping – ensuring all required documents are saved on the drive.
• Drafting of owner communications and distribution of owner communications.
• Liaising with owners and trustees.
• Attending various related meetings:
a. Drafting of agenda’s.
b. Drafting of minutes of meetings.
c. Circulating minutes and resolutions for signatures.
• Preparing monthly billing.
• Issuing of ad hoc invoices.
• Facilitating debit order mandates.
• Executing monthly debit orders.
• Ensuring all new owners’ levies are being billed from date of transfer and the previous owner’s account is being
closed off.
• Following up on arrear levy amounts.
• Update system with arrear notes.
• Ensure that Body Corporate comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Any additional ad hoc requirements.

• Deadline driven in fast working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Matric Certificate.
• Diploma in administration. (an advantage)
• 2-5 years’ experience in administration management.
• MS Excel and Word skills.
• Previous property experience. (an advantage)
